Quick Overview:
Anovate Cream is a comprehensive, triple-action topical preparation formulated to break the painful cycle associated with hemorrhoids and perianal inflammatory disorders.Phenylephrine is a selective alpha1-adrenergic receptor agonist. It acts locally as a potent vasoconstrictor, tightening dilated and engorged rectal blood vessels. This significantly reduces localized swelling, tissue congestion, and active hemorrhoidal bleeding.
Beclomethasone Dipropionate is a potent topical corticosteroid. It diffuses across cell membranes to suppress the synthesis of inflammatory mediators like prostaglandins and leukotrienes. This decreases local capillary permeability, reversing swelling, redness, and itching.
Lidocaine is an amide local anesthetic. It stabilizes the neuronal membrane by inhibiting the ionic fluxes required for the initiation and conduction of impulses, providing rapid numbness to dull sharp, throbbing localized pain.

Uses / Indications
Internal and External Hemorrhoids (Piles): For the symptomatic relief of pain, swelling, rectal bleeding, and tissue congestion.
Anal Fissures: Alleviates sharp pain and reduces inflammation around micro-tears in the anal mucosa.
Proctitis & Perianal Pruritus: Manages inflammation of the rectal lining and intense perianal itching.
Key Benefits
Rapid Multi-Symptom Action: Simultaneously numbs sharp pain (lidocaine), shrinks swollen vascular tissue (phenylephrine), and targets deep inflammation (beclomethasone).
Eases Bowel Movements: The local anesthetic effect minimizes structural friction and painful straining during defecation.
Reduces Bleeding Risk: Vasoconstriction helps quickly control vascular oozing from fragile, engorged hemorrhoidal veins.
As Directed by a Physician: Generally applied 2 to 4 times a day, particularly in the morning, at bedtime, and immediately following a bowel movement.
Administration:
Cleanse and gently dry the perianal area before application.
Wash hands thoroughly. For internal hemorrhoids, screw the provided applicator nozzle securely onto the tube.
Lubricate the tip with a small amount of cream and gently insert the nozzle into the anus to apply. Do not insert the applicator forcefully to avoid mucosal injury. For external application, use a clean, gloved fingertip.
Clean the applicator thoroughly with warm water and soap after each use, and replace the tube cap tightly. Wash hands again.
Important Precaution: Strictly for localized perianal/rectal external and low-internal use. Avoid contact with the eyes, nose, or mouth.
Temporary burning, stinging, or mild localized irritation upon application
Localized skin dryness or temporary numbness
