Severe/Rare: Extreme low blood pressure (severe hypotension), heart palpitations (racing heartbeats), worsening chest pain or acute myocardial infarction upon starting treatment, pancreatitis, and severe hypersensitivity skin reactions (e.g., Stevens-Johnson syndrome).
